General Nutritional Consultation

An individualised nutritional plan for each client that is based on the individual's metabolic rate, activity level, and personal restrictions (allergies, vegan, etc....). Initially history of current and past activity level and nutritional habits will be assessed, and from there, an integrative and specific approach will be used to construct a detailed program geared to the client's goals. Weekly email consults will ensure that nutritional and body weight goal is being reached. Plan includes recommendation on calories to be consumed daily, and supplementation strategies that can be employed to speed up the process.
Contest Preparation
Frustrated with not being able to come in shape after months of dieting?Confused with the various factors such as carbing up, water depletion, and coming in too flat due to too much cardio? Let me help guide you from day 1 of your contest prep. After working with some of the top pros in the US, together with my own personal contest prep experiences, i am fully equipped to help you get into the most shredded condition of your life to stand on that winning block. A detailed nutritional plan (Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat intake) will be monitored along with pictures and weight changes weekly. Each program is individualised according to your metabolic rate, and body type. Cardio recommendation will also be included as necessary along with the diet plan. This program covers up to the minute right before you get onstage, detailing water intake and specific foods and supplements to consume. I ensure you that this is not a cookie cutter approach, and is a dynamic program that are continually being assessed on the weekly basis to help you obtain that winning trophy.

About Jerry Hermanto
Jerry Hermanto received his Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Calvin College, and was awarded his Master's in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition from the prestigious University of Texas, Austin under Dr. John Ivy.
His passion in fitness and bodybuilding started after junior college when he met Jose Lin. After years of training, dieting for competitions, doing clinical trials both in Singapore and the U.S, he has a unique approach and knowledge to weight management, sport performance and bodybuilding contest preparation. Some of his writings have also been published in bodybuilding magazines.
Clients will receive a full training program, dietary and nutritional analysis with unlimited e-mail access when they signed up for Jerry's training consultation.
